Dr. Quimby earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biologic Science from the University of Illinois at Chicago, graduating cum laude. She went on to complete her Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the same university, graduating as the top student in her class. Her pursuit of excellence led her to the University of Florida in Jacksonville, where she completed a rigorous six-year residency program in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery alongside earning her Medical Doctorate (MD).

During her residency, Dr. Quimby developed a keen interest in head and neck oncology and microvascular reconstructive surgery. She became the first female fellow in the University of Florida’s prestigious Head and Neck Oncology and Microvascular Reconstruction Fellowship program. Dr. Quimby’s passion for research and knowledge-sharing continues as she contributes to national and international conferences, peer-reviewed journals, and book chapters.

After completing her specialized training, Dr. Quimby worked as a faculty member at Nova Southeastern University in the College of Dental Medicine as a surgeon and mentor to numerous residents. Her desire to serve each of her patients and their family members with the highest level of personalized care led her to open her private practice in 2022. Here, she is dedicated to managing complex cases by keeping the surgical process transparent so that her patients always feel empowered in their healthcare.
